Living Ground Project

Living Ground: A Living Project for Self-Reliance and Health: Living Ground is an innovative project designed to bring the principles and knowledge from my books to life. This living site is a tangible embodiment of the practices and philosophies detailed in my works, offering a hands-on, immersive experience for visitors. Focused on fostering self-reliance, health, and sustainability, Living Ground is a place where individuals can learn, explore, and engage with holistic practices that support well-being and ecological harmony.

At Living Ground, we have created gardens that showcase the 55 resilient plants featured in ‘The Secret Garden,’ each carefully selected for their nutritional and medicinal properties. This physical space allows visitors to appreciate the character and benefits of these plants firsthand, learn how to grow them, and discover ways to incorporate them into their diets and health routines. In addition to the gardens, our commercial kitchen operates as an apothecary, producing and sharing over 150 microbiome-friendly recipes from my book, ‘Microbial Morsels and Culinary Crafting.’

Living Ground also includes a natural health and whole foods store, providing access to the products and ingredients featured in our recipes and guides. By integrating these elements, we offer a comprehensive hub for learning and applying the knowledge needed for true self-reliance and holistic health. We openly share our methods, recipes, and insights to empower individuals to take charge of their well-being and sustainable practices. Living Ground is not just a project; it’s a community and a movement towards a healthier, more self-sufficient future.
